OH NO NO NO NO NO......DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO MAKE YOUR OWN BED & CLEAN YOUR OWN ROOM!!!!! Unfortunately I have to update my initial review. (sorry it has taken so long for us to get this done). If you are staying at this hotel for 1 night all will seem great,,,just as my first review said. But if you are staying more than 1 night then well problems are going to be had. Checked in all good Next morning - left tip for housekeeping came back that night room was great...cleaned, bed made, vacuumed garbage out bathroom cleaned and restocked. Housekeeping left a nice note thanking us for the tip. Following day- Came back to hotel - parked and noticed a guest sitting out side smoking - but it was not cigarettes. Came back to room not vacuumed bed sheets were pulled up but bed not made, blanket was balled up and put on top of our luggage. Bathroom was cleaned and restocked. We went and asked the front desk about the room and he said some guests get weird about housekeeping making their bed and cleaning the rooms. Really................We asked that out room be cleaned the next day. Next day - came back to a room that was not done at all....zero housekeeping. Went to the front desk but had to walk the hall stinking of pot. Front desk apologized that out room was not clean...said we were not the only ones who complained about no housekeeping. Offered us sheets is we wanted to make our own bed....umm no. But we needed towels so he walked down the hall and also said he smelled the pot and would make note of it to management. He gave us a pile of towels. Check out day. Front desk asked my husband how our stay was. He said fine except for the housekeeping issue. She looked completely surprised and said she had not heard any thing on that. It is too bad.....this hotel seemed like it was going to be a dream. Great breakfasts, nice location, nice staff...too bad the management leaves there staff so unequipped to do there job that guests suffer. I think when we checked in Shelly may have been apart of the management team which is how we were so deceived. She told us the owners check the rooms daily to make sure that they are all clean....yeah sure....... If you are just planning on staying one night all will probably be okay......anything more and you should look at a different location to stay. Management you should be ashamed.....if you do not have staff to take care of your guest properly that either you have to roll up your sleeves and clean the rooms or just shut down. Better than 5 star. We literally just arrived to our room and cannot believe how wonderful it is. Shelly was at the front desk and was beyond pleasant, kind and helpful in getting us settled. We're going to be here for the next 5 days and this is only the first hour we've been here and we are so happy we chose this hotel. Parking right outside our roomakes luggage trasfer a breeze. Location is perfect the room is beautiful the hallway's smell just lovely and clean. Our bathroom is spotless...and we are supplied with everything you need for the shower. Shelly told us about the free morning breakfast and we can't wait to try it. Sounds delicious. We will do a review at the end of out stay here but so far...and we see it only getting better this is the perfect hotel. Thank you quality inn for coming through.

We loved our visit here. The room was outstanding with all the amenities so often lacking at other motels these days (in room coffee maker for example). And the service by the wonderful staff was two steps above what we usually get elsewhere. They even called our room after we checked to ask if everything was ok. Haven't had the breakfast yet as I write this but fully expect it to be first class. They definitely get two thumbs up in my book.

Guys this place is bad! Stay away! Find somewhere cleaner. I’ll attach photos and video and I think it speaks for itself. The first room was non smoking but wall to wall with a smoking room so everything smelled like smoke. The pictures attached are of the second room they put me in. Hair all over bathroom floor. Tub had been closed and then the faucet to the tub was dripping and had puddled water in it. Who knows for how long. Toilet paper was not fresh. Dead bugs alllllllll over. Stain and dog hair all over the bed. 0/10 manager did refund me but was not empathetic or care and stated there is bugs because it’s an indoor outdoor room.
